The essentials of learning with us — clear and fair for every family.
Enrolment is confirmed once registration and the first month's (or package) fees are paid. Registration is a one-time fee for new families. Fees are billed monthly or per package.
Please arrive a few minutes early. Make-up lessons are offered for eligible absences notified in advance; make-up credits are subject to slot availability and may expire.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has begun. Package lessons are valid for the stated period. Please give notice before withdrawing so we can release your slot.
Please inform us of any medical conditions. Children should not attend if unwell or with open wounds. Coaches' instructions must be followed at all times in and around the pool.
We occasionally photograph lessons and events for our website and social media. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer your child not to appear.
OtterSwim Aquatic takes every reasonable safety precaution. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children outside lesson supervision, including in changing areas.
