Our Terms and Conditions

Please note that OtterSwim is a private facility, we cannot include children in classes who have not been enrolled and paid for in full.

We do not hold places or accept partial payments.

A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is charged on enrollment and includes a welcome pack for your child.

The registration fee is a one-time fee paid on or before your child/children’s first lesson.

If you re-enroll within 12 months of your previous cancellation date with OtterSwim, we may choose to waiver this registration fee.

OtterSwim’s fee structure is calculated on a ‘Cost per Lesson’ basis. It is based on 1 lesson per week. The two payment options available are monthly (4 lessons) or a full upfront payment for a term (10+2 lessons). Payment are to be charged accordingly to the payment option, no offsets allowed.

For insurance purposes as well as to secure your training slot, we require all fees to be paid in advance. We accept payments by NETS, PayNow or InterBank Transfer.

If you wish to cancel any other time during the term, you will forfeit the remaining lessons.

Lessons are non-transferable to other people and cannot be refunded or credited unless at fault by OtterSwim Swim Schools.

A renewal email will be sent four weeks before the end of your term. Confirmation and payment will be required within fourteen days if you wish to continue in the current class for the following term.

We do not want your child to miss out on a lesson if they are on holiday or unwell.

To qualify for a make-up lesson, OtterSwim must be notified of a swimmer being absent prior to the class commencing.

A cancellation of your enrollment will lead to a forfeiture of all unused make-up lessons on your account.
